Subscription Purchases
Baseball Predict offers premium subscription plans through three independent channels: the Apple App Store (iOS), the Google Play Store (Android), and our website. Website payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Rianon s.r.o. App store payments are processed by Apple and Google. Prices on the website include all applicable VAT or sales tax, calculated and remitted by Stripe Tax based on your billing country.
EU/EEA 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a website subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, and to receive a full refund. This right does not apply once digital content has been substantially used — by starting to use the premium features you acknowledge that performance has begun and that the right of withdrawal may be affected accordingly. To exercise this right, email [email protected] from the address used at checkout.
Website Refunds (Stripe)
Outside the statutory 14-day window described above, we offer a goodwill refund for website subscriptions purchased within the last 14 days, provided the premium features have not been substantially used. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address used at checkout. We review requests within 5 business days; approved refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. After a refund, your premium access is revoked immediately.
Renewals are not automatically refundable — please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged again.
Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Website: Click the PRO badge in the site header to open the Stripe Customer Portal, then select Cancel plan.
- iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Baseball Predict → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Baseball Predict → Cancel
Subscriptions purchased on the website, App Store, and Google Play are independent. Cancelling one does not affect the others.
Apple App Store Refunds
To request a refund for an iOS subscription:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the subscription you'd like a refund for
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Apple reviews all refund requests under its own policy. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Google Play Store Refunds
To request a refund for an Android subscription:
- Open Google Play on your device or visit play.google.com
- Go to your account and select Order History
- Find the subscription and select Request a refund
- Follow the prompts
Google reviews all refund requests under its own policy.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your access while the dispute is investigated. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please email us before disputing a charge.
Free Content
AI predictions for completed games and all other site content (scores, standings, news, statistics) are free and do not require a subscription.
