Subscription Purchases

Baseball Predict offers premium subscription plans exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android) mobile applications. All subscription payments are processed directly by Apple or Google — we do not process payments ourselves.

Requesting a Refund

Since all purchases are handled by the respective app stores, refund requests must be submitted directly through them:

Apple App Store

To request a refund for an iOS subscription:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Select the subscription you'd like a refund for
Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request

Apple reviews all refund requests and processes them according to their own refund policy. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.

Google Play Store

To request a refund for an Android subscription:

Open Google Play on your device or visit play.google.com
Go to your account and select Order History
Find the subscription and select Request a refund
Follow the prompts to complete your request

Canceling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Baseball Predict → Cancel Subscription
Android: Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Baseball Predict → Cancel

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

Free Website Access

The Baseball Predict website is free to use and does not require any subscription or payment. This refund policy applies exclusively to in-app subscription purchases.
