How to Request Deletion
To delete personal data we hold for your website subscription, send an email from the address you used at checkout to [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Sending from the same email address verifies that you own the account, and we will process the request within 30 days (45 days for U.S. residents under CCPA).
What Happens Next
- We confirm receipt of your request within a few business days.
- If you have an active website subscription, we cancel it via Stripe — no further charges.
- We remove your email address from our database and anonymise your subscription history.
- Minimum invoice and payment data required by Czech accounting law (Act No. 563/1991 Coll.) is retained for up to 7 years in anonymised form, with your name and email removed.
- You receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What This Page Does Not Cover
- Mobile subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased on the App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple and Google respectively. Cancel and request deletion through their account settings.
- Cookies and analytics opt-out. Use the Cookie settings / Your Privacy Choices link in the footer to disable analytics and advertising cookies in your browser.
- Other personal data inquiries. Access requests, corrections, and other rights under GDPR or U.S. state privacy law — same email, just describe what you need.
If We Cannot Verify the Request
If your email does not match an account we hold, we will reply confirming we have no data associated with that address. If a deletion request is sent on behalf of someone else (authorised agent), please include written authorisation — we may contact the data subject directly to confirm.
